The second healthy fast food is Chick-Fil-A. The healthy foods are grilled chicken nuggets, chicken salads and multi-grain breakfast oatmeal. Their grilled market salad is excellent. The locations are all over the U.S..
The third healthy fast food is Wendy’s. The healthy options are chicken salads and grilled chicken wraps. The strawberry fields chicken salad looks so good. The locations are everywhere.
The fourth healthiest is McDonald’s. The healthy foods McDonald’s offers are several healthy salads, mostly made with chicken, vegetables, and fruit.
The fifth healthiest is Ruby Tuesday. The healthier options in their menu are dishes that contain less than 700 calories per serving, which are meat, fish, and salads, with side dishes such as baked potatoes and fresh vegetables.
The sixth healthiest fast food restaurant is The Cheesecake Factory. The healthier options are the steaks, fish, seafood, and salads. The locations are mostly in the U.S., with several restaurants in the Middle East.
The seventh healthiest fast food is KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). The healthy options are grilled chicken pieces and a side of green beans or corn cobs. The locations are located all over the world.
The eighth healthy fast food is Subway. It is a sandwich restaurant. There’s not a lot of healthy food, only whole grain bread and plenty of vegetables that you want.
The last healthy food is Panera Bread. They offer a variety of healthy soups and salads. Their locations are based in the U.S. and Canada.
